What is the difference in the leg strap lengths?

The Horse, Handy, Hunting & Medical Holsters comes in two different leg strap length options to accommodate many shapes and sizes. The short strap is for thigh sizes measuring 16" to 24" in circumference (roughly US pant sizes 00-8). The long strap is for thigh sizes measuring 24" to 32" in circumference (roughly US pant sizes 9-20). Sizes do vary per person. When measuring the circumference of your thigh, we recommend measuring as high up on the thigh as you can using a flexible measuring tape. *Everyone is uniquely shaped, so we highly recommend measuring your thigh circumference for the most accurate sizing.

How can I clean my Handy Holster?

The Handy Holster is machine washable or can be hand washed using soap and water. A toothbrush works great for heavy dirt.

What if my Handy Holster slips down on my leg?

While the Holsters are primarily designed to be used when seated, we have done our very best to design a product that will work for as many people as possible in different situations—be it hiking, hunting, fishing, riding and more. The Holsters will fit slightly different on each person as it does depend upon the unique shape of each person's leg. We recommend wearing it in a location that works best for you. Each of our Holsters come with a no slip strap that attaches the Holster to a pocket, belt or waistband for additional support. The leg strap is elastic and can be pulled to a tightness that helps keep it secure. For best instruction of how-to-use the Holster, please refer to the video on our home page.

What shipping method is used?

Unless expedited via UPS, all Holster orders weighing under 16oz, will ship via USPS First Class Mail (transit time of 2-5 days). 

We offer a flat rate shipping expense of $3.95 per shopping cart, regardless of your location within the U.S.

For flat rate and free shipping, typical delivery time for a package is between 2-7 business days. At checkout, you will have the option to expedite your shipping via UPS. All orders place before 3PM (EST) will be shipped on the same business day. Any orders placed after 3PM (EST) will be shipped the next business day from the date of order.

*Please note, although we are working and shipping at full capacity, due to UPS's shortcomings, we are not able to guarantee expedited delivery dates.

What is the warranty, exchange & return policy?

We warranty our products for six (6) months against any major damages that may occur during that period that are due to a factory flaw. Normal wear and tear after this period will not be covered under our warranty. Exchanges and returns are welcome within thirty (30) days of the product purchase date (must have proof of purchase) if the product is in like new condition. 
We offer free exchanges for different leg strap sizes. If you would like to exchange your leg strap for a different size, please contact us, then mail your leg strap only back to 2501 SW 57th Avenue, Unit 304, Ocala FL 34474 and include a note stating your name, address, order number (if applicable) and requested size change. 
If you're returning your Holster for a refund, please send back to the same address with a note stating your name, address, order number (if applicable) and reason for refund request. A refund will only be issued if the product is returned in like new condition. We do not refund the customer's return postage for any item sent back to us.
